This is personal - 25 years ago, I moved out of my first home and converted it to a rental property ... within a year, I was managing dozens of tenants in both commercial and residential properties throughout San Diego & Southern California. Property Management is something I do professionally, but it's not all business - it's personal. Automation has come a long way (no more faxing rental applications and waiting three days for a credit report) - but that shouldn't mean it's less personal - I believe relationships are what matter most. Property management involves people - and that's why it will always be personal at NCRS.
